Field Management System
NQS(Nexcon Quality Assurance System) 9 TOOLS
Nexcon Technology implements the field-oriented 9 TOOLS of NQS (Nexcon Quality Assurance System) which combines the 7 processes of
mass production quality assurance and 2 key operational management systems for source quality assurance.
Start/Middle/End Poducts managment
Goal
Pre-detecting production process changes in products and parts to minimize risks
Main Points
The process will be carried out by an exclusive quality assurance team to check the models before the production day starts
To check the first parts/products of good quality on production lines to follow up with the check list after breakfast, lunch and dinner times
CTQ PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Goal
Pre-detecting production process changes in products and parts to minimize risks
Main Points
Self-management process to record CTQ process on QC charts
Identify and manage CTQ process and manage SPC 2~3 times per day
The Operator of the process manages the records (Manufacturing production self-inspection)
PRODUCTION PATROL
Goal
To detect potential defects and to correct the production management systems (Including CTQ process)
Main Points
The process will be carried out by an exclusive quality assurance team to check the complete beginning to final process once a day with the patrol sheet
Verify the process facilities and working conditions to make sure management meets all the standards
Process monitoring
Goal
To conduct a defect rate trend management system to check all abnormalities to improve relevant Lots and prevent defects
Main Points
The process will be carried out by an exclusive quality assurance team
For the defects found during the inspection process, draw a lower bound on the ±3 sigma range and read the process changes and implement the P chart management system to be carried out to
improve on defects (Proactive defects prevention)
Same day repair analysis system
Goal
To gain feed back through rapid analysis of process defects
Main Points
Defects found on the same day will be immediately analyzed and repaired through CAPA
Defects found on the same day will be immediately analyzed and repaired through CAPA
AUDIT management system
Goal
To conduct routine internal inspections to promote effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvements
Main Points
The process will be carried out by an exclusive quality assurance team to focus the AUDIT on improvements than evaluations (Should not be a formal assessment for scores)
Periodically evaluate and follow up with internal AUDIT CHECK LIST
RoHS operation management
Goal
To ensure proactive management of environmental regulatory substance detection of products by utilizing XRF equipment operations and ICP DATA Management
Main Points
The process will be carried out by an exclusive quality assurance team to secure procedures for processing Eco-friendly regulatory substances, establish and implement periodic analysis plans
RoHS: Use XRF Equipment and ICP DATA Management to analyze as mush as possible to pre-detect harmful substances
Outsource quality control
Goal
To maintain the stabilized quality of products for outsourced parts and contractors
Main Points
Establish a mass-production information sharing system for new models and set up quality performance of outsourcing process FEED BACK
Establish a guidance system to strengthen regular QPA detection and outsourced company's own detection system
Secure element technology through collaborative improvement guidance on WORST-3 defects
Testing power improvement
Goal
To maintain above target standards of inspectors and inspection equipment's detection capabilities
Main Points
Obtain company's self-inspection certification process and periodically evaluate compliance and take follow-up measures
LEVEL-UP of existing employees and equipment by performing own systematic evaluations
Periodically evaluate the detecting powers of inspection equipments (SPI, AOI, ICT, Funtional testing equipment)
